V. Venkateswaran, Director HR & Marketing

V. Venkateswaran (VV) is a co - founder of Dowell and has been serving as a Director since 1984.

VV has developed Dowell right from scratch and positioned the same as a leading IT Company offering key consulting services to various clients.

VV is a graduate from the University of Madras with over 4 Decades of Experience in IT Industry.

He has extensive experience in HR and Customer Relations. Currently he looks after HR, Business Planning, Marketing and Administration

G. Sridhar, Director Technical

G. Sridhar (GS) is a co – founder of Dowell and has been serving as a Director since 1984.

GS has delivered projects and customized products successfully for many clients globally over the last 4 Decades. His main strength is Project Management.

GS is an expert and has thorough knowledge on VAX VMS and Oracle products as well as Web Development tools, Cloud and Mobile Application. His expertise and experience in programming languages using application tools enables him to develop and integrate any commercial application right from the stage of system study, design, development to implementation and user training.

He is a MBA in Project Management with PG Diploma in Computer Application.

He looks after the project division.
